These Terms of Service govern your use of the Procraft Minecraft server, website, store and related services. By creating an account, connecting to the server, purchasing a package, or otherwise using Procraft, you agree to these Terms.
1. Procraft Service
Procraft is an independently operated Minecraft community server. Access to the basic server is provided without requiring the purchase of a paid rank.
We may modify, update, restart, temporarily suspend or discontinue any part of the server or website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical changes, game updates or improvements.
Minecraft itself is provided by Mojang Studios/Microsoft and is subject to their own terms and policies. Procraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft’s EULA permits independently hosted Java multiplayer servers subject to its applicable terms and Minecraft Usage Guidelines.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the Minecraft account and Procraft website account you use to access our services.
You must not intentionally impersonate another player, gain unauthorized access to another person’s account, bypass restrictions, exploit authentication systems or attempt to interfere with the operation of the server or website.
Where Bedrock players connect through our cross-platform system, their server username may differ slightly from their Xbox/Microsoft gamertag for technical reasons.
3. Player Conduct
Players must treat other members of the community respectfully.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, deliberate disruption, cheating, malicious exploits, unauthorized automation, griefing where prohibited, attempts to compromise the server, and other seriously disruptive behaviour may result in moderation action.
Procraft may issue warnings, temporary restrictions, mutes, kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans depending on the circumstances.
Minecraft itself also maintains Community Standards that prohibit conduct including hate speech, bullying, fraud and threatening behaviour.
4. Rules and Moderation
Server rules form part of these Terms.
Moderators and administrators may take reasonable action to protect the server and its community. Attempts to deliberately circumvent a punishment may result in further restrictions.
Where appropriate, players may contact Procraft administration if they believe moderation action was issued incorrectly.
5. Purchases and VIP
The Procraft store may offer optional packages such as VIP.
Purchasing VIP does not provide ownership of the server, Minecraft, any server software, game content or any Procraft infrastructure.
VIP currently provides additional convenience features and recognition such as the VIP rank, additional homes, /back, custom nicknames, /workbench, /enderchest, /hat, /feed and other listed benefits. The exact benefits displayed on the product page at the time of purchase form part of the package description.
Paid packages are intended to support Procraft while providing additional convenience and cosmetic recognition rather than an unfair competitive advantage. Minecraft’s commercial-server guidance specifically focuses on avoiding monetization that gives purchasers competitive gameplay advantages or worsens the experience of other players.
6. Subscriptions
Where a package is sold as a subscription, its price and billing interval will be displayed before purchase.
A subscription may automatically renew through the selected payment provider until it is cancelled, subject to the terms shown during checkout and the payment provider’s own conditions.
When a VIP subscription expires or is terminated, the associated VIP rank and subscription benefits may automatically be removed from the linked Minecraft account.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally erase benefits already provided for a paid period unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated.
7. Refunds
If you believe a payment was made incorrectly or there is a problem with a purchase, please contact Procraft administration before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Refund requests will be considered according to the circumstances of the purchase, the applicable payment provider’s rules and any consumer rights that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, any package, rank, virtual balance or other benefit associated with that transaction may be removed.
Fraudulent payments or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on the associated website or Minecraft account.
8. Availability of Purchased Benefits
We aim to keep purchased benefits available throughout the applicable purchase or subscription period.
However, Minecraft updates, plugin changes, technical limitations, security issues or changes to applicable third-party policies may occasionally require a feature to be modified or replaced.
If a material part of a paid package must be changed, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable benefit where practical.
9. Server Resets and Data
Minecraft worlds, player data, inventories and other server information may occasionally need to be modified, restored from backup or reset for technical or gameplay reasons.
We take reasonable measures to protect server data, but uninterrupted operation and permanent preservation of all in-game data cannot be guaranteed.
Do not store anything on Procraft that you consider irreplaceable.
10. User Content
Players retain responsibility for content they create or submit, including builds, messages, signs, skins and other user-generated material.
By placing content on the server, you give Procraft the permission reasonably necessary to host, display, back up and operate that content as part of the server.
Content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, server rules or Minecraft’s applicable policies may be removed.
11. Intellectual Property
The Procraft name, original Procraft branding, website material and other original assets created specifically for Procraft belong to their respective Procraft owners or creators unless stated otherwise.
Minecraft, its game assets, trademarks and related intellectual property belong to Mojang Studios, Microsoft and/or their respective rights holders. Minecraft’s EULA makes clear that community-created original content may belong to its creator while Minecraft’s underlying assets remain Mojang/Microsoft property.
12. Limitation of Service
Procraft is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
We cannot guarantee that the server, website, map, store or integrations will always be available or error-free. Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, Minecraft updates, hosting failures, network problems, third-party service outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Procraft changes its services, store, server rules or technical operation, or when legal or third-party requirements change.
The current version will be published on the Procraft website together with its latest revision date.
Continued use of Procraft after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
